    30 days from disney, and we are so excited!!! We arrive at 3pm Sun. Aug 30th and were planning to visit MK for EMH evening but after reading about crowd levels should we reconsider and hang at DD and resort?

    Hi, Courtney!  If you have theme park passes that you can use that evening, I'd say go ahead into the Magic Kingdom.  Even if you only get to do a handful of things, you're at the Magic Kingdom!  If it feels too hot or too crowded, you could just take a spin on the train around the theme park, or grab a hot dog at Casey's.  If you are going to be using a ticket that you could better use for a full day at the end of your trip, I'd say go to Downtown Disney. 

    You might find that the crowd level is not as bad as you expect.  It's the week before Labor Day, so you won't have Labor Day crowds to contend with.  Also, many southern schools are already back in session, so many of those families will already be back home for classes.
