3 days at Disney arriving 11/23/12 with our 4 year old Granddaughter who will be turning 4 that week and we have Resv. at BBB for 3:00 with CRT at 9:30 - Any Ideas how I can get an earlier time for CRT? Also if you had to eliminate a park AK or HS? which?

Hi, Donna!  Cinderella's Royal Table is a tough reservation to snag, but persistence sometimes pays off.  Keep checking online or on the phone  - daily if you have to - to see if you can luck into a cancellation at an earlier time.  I've even known people who have checked at the podium the day of their reservation and been fortunate enough to find an opening due to someone else's last minute change of plans!

If I had to eliminate either Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios, one of my daughters would be so ticked at me!  All of my girls have a different favorite park, so your best bet is to consider some of the attractions that are must do things for your family - especially your granddaughter - and determine based on that which park would be easier to skip.  I think if I absolutely had to miss one, it would be Animal Kingdom - and I'd have to buy an extra Mickey ice cream bar to make it up to my seven year old!

Have an awesome time with your granddaughter!
