I am 61 days away from vacation and my husband can no longer go with on vacation. Is there any way I can remove his name from our package and take someone else in his place? The tickets are in my name.

    Hello Rachel,

I am sorry to hear your husband is unable to enjoy this Walt Disney World vacation with you, but happy to hear you found someone to enjoy the magic with. If a Guest needs to make changes, to their current Walt Disney World vacation package, such as removing one Guest from the reservation and adding another, simply call (407) 939-1936. A Cast Member will happily assist you with this simple change. However, if you made your Walt Disney World reservation through a travel agent, I recommend contacting them to modify your reservation.

If you have already assigned a Magic Your Way ticket to your husband, you can reassign it to the new Guest. First, sign into your My Disney Experience account and send a Family and Friend request to the new Guest. Once accepted, select My Reservations and Tickets and scroll down to the ticket you wish to change. Once you have found the appropriate ticket, on the right hand side of your screen you should see, Reassign Ticket. Select this option, and a list of Family & Friends will appear for you to choose from. If you experience any technical difficulties contact a Disney Cast Member at (407) 939-7765, for further assistance.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
