Beachcomber Shack landing page, I didn't see the option to book yet. Hang on to your swim goggles! I'm still in research mode.
I chatted with a whistle-wearing Cast Member who said reservations for the shacks and umbrellas haven't opened yet, and she didn't have information on when they would be available. When they do open, it will be like Tinker Bell showering pixie dust all around!
Since you're located in the UK, you'll probably need to wait until you're in the US to make those Enchanting Extras bookings anyway, so I'm crossing my fingers that you'll secure a shack as soon as you arrive. Be sure you have the

If you're staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you'll be able to book experiences like the Beachcomber Shacks for the length of your holiday, up to 10 days. My tip is to book a date later in your visit for the best availability.
The Know Before You Go details also suggest checking the main podiums near the water park entrance upon arrival to see if there are any same-day reservations. Try to be there before 11:00 AM for the best chance to snag one. They are very popular!
