Can a day's admission to the Theme Parks be used for admission to a Water Park instead of a Theme Park?? (i.e. - but 5 day ticket, use 4 days for Theme Parks, one day for Water Park)

Hi, Karen! I'm always glad to hear from a fellow Tennessean!  I hate to deliver unhappy news, but sometimes it's necessary.  I'm sorry, but the tickets are not interchangeable.  Theme park tickets cannot be exchanged for water park tickets.  If you're only going to a water park for one day, you might want to consider just purchasing a one-day water park admission instead of adding the Water Park Fun and More option to your package.  I'm so glad you asked before you arrived at Walt Disney World Resort.  Have a Magical vacation!
