dining reservations ahead of time. I am also one of those people who are online exactly at 6:00 am to make my Disney dining reservations. As the list of our must-do restaurants grows with every new dining experience, booking early is essential to try and snag a hard-to-get reservation!
David, I am sorry you are having trouble in booking your dining experiences via the My Disney Experience app. At times, Stitch definitely likes to get a few of the wires crossed! Although you have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I find that sometimes it is best to head to the actual website to book your planned restaurants. I also suggest that when booking your dining reservations, you select a specific dining time, instead of general 'breakfast' or 'dinner.' This will allow you to find dining times closer to the time you prefer to dine. Should you continue to have difficulty booking your dining experiences via the app or online, you will need to speak to a Cast Member at
Guest Services, who can assist you to either reset your app or troubleshoot any technical issues that may be plaguing your
My Disney Experience.
