Hi there, Lorena! Welcome to planDisney!
I’m glad you can finally start planning your vacation to the beautiful
Disneyland Resort in sunny California. I would be happy to answer your question about your tickets.
Disneyland Resort tickets purchased through the
Disneyland Resort website typically have at least a year before expiring, if not more. The expiration date should be noted in your email confirming your ticket purchase. You may also find the expiration date for your ticket on the
Disneyland Mobile App if you linked your ticket there. If you cannot locate the expiration date of a wholly unused ticket, then the last option would be to speak with a
Cast Member via phone.
Let’s say your ticket did expire. You’re still not out of luck. Guests may use any wholly unused expired ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket.
Before your visit the Disneyland Resort, I recommend browsing the
Disney Parks Blog for information on the latest things happening at the Happiest Place on Earth. I use it as a resource for my family to ensure we include anything new happening at the resort in our vacation plans.
Have fun, and please come back with more questions if you have them – we would be happy to help!
Happy planning,
Lola
