We have 7 day tickets for Thanksgiving week (purchased them about 45 days ago), and we have our park passes lined up. If we must cancel our trip due to COVID, must we cancel or take any action to ensure we can use the ticket value later?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Thomas!

Thomas, I have canceled a few vacations myself over the past few months, and I have leftover theme park admission tickets Frozen in my My Disney Experience account

While I hope you are able to take your scheduled vacation, if you do have to let it go, do not worry, your tickets will stay good in your account until the expiration date. To reactivate your tickets, you simply need to call the friendly Cast Members at (407) 939-5277 for assistance. If there is a difference in price between your current ticket, and the ticket on the days you wish to reschedule, you will be subject to that price difference.

Thomas, one thing that you will want to be sure to do is to cancel any Disney Park Pass system reservations that you have so that those spots open up for any guests hoping to have their Frozen Ever After during Thanksgiving week.

I hope that this helped, Thomas. Please come back here to planDisney if we can help as you RE-plan your magical vacation.
