    I have 4 day ticket with reservations. Does it count as a day used based off reservations or not until I actually scan ticket to enter park? (For instance, if we don’t go on a day with a reservation because someone is ill)

    Hi Kim, and welcome to planDisney!

    Let's talk theme park tickets! When you scan into your first theme park, that will automatically take one day off your four-day park ticket. If you cannot visit due to an unforeseen circumstance, you will still have your ticket, but you will need to make another Theme Park Reservation for another day using your My Disney Experience mobile app. Check the availability calendar for the most up-to-date openings. 

    The My Disney Experience mobile app is such a great feature for Guests to experience Walt Disney World Resort. Here are my top 3 favorite features to help make your visit "practically perfect in every way!":

    • Mobile Order: Use this feature to order quick-service meals in advance. I like ordering lunch while I'm in line at an attraction, and I can pick up my order once I am done!
    • Merchandise Mobile Checkout: Available at select merchandise locations, you can scan your items as you walk around and purchase. Before exiting the store, stop by the Merchandise Mobile exit by the store exit and show a Cast Member your QR code to verify your purchases and they will bag everything for you.
    • Car Locator: If you plan on driving your car, you can manually enter your vehicle and parking information, and it'll save it for you, and help you find your car quickly at the end of the day.
