I only have 1 day to spend in Orlando with my 3 year old we have already decided to go to Magic Kingdom now I cant seem to pick the day. On Sunday Jan 27th park closes at 8pm but on saturday at 11pm. which day do you think wil be the best?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Maria! In just a few weeks you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your Mouseketeer! Are you counting down the days? I know I would be!

I also have a three-year-old and she loves visiting the Magic Kingdom Park. From the character experiences with Disney Royalty at Princess Fairytale Hall, to an exciting ride on Goofy’s plane at The Barnstormer, there’s so much for them to enjoy!

Maria, it all depends on how long your little one will be up for all the excitement. My family usually visits a theme park first thing in the morning and then we take a break during lunchtime for nap time. We usually get back into the theme parks by 6:30 p.m., with our youngest fading around 10:30 p.m.

A later closing time gives you a bit more flexibility when it comes to having more time at the park. But if your little one is not up for it, then it might not be worth it.

As you continue putting together your must-do list, take a look at the Preschool Parents’ Guide. There are lots of tips in there to make sure you and your Mouseketeer have a magical visit at the most magical place on earth, together!

I hope this information is helpful! Feel free to visit us here or at Disney Parks Moms Panel en Español, if you have any more questions. Helping you with the details of your next visit is our pleasure!
