We want to take a day to see the resorts and take pictures (and plan for our next trip!) I know we won't be able to see them all but what is the best way to see as many resorts as we possibly can and what order would you see the resorts in?

    Hey Vicki!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom Panel! Thank you for bringing us your question.

One of my favorite things to do at Walt Disney World is visit the different resorts so I can 'research' for my next vacation. There are two paths you can take to see as many resort as possible. The first will take you around the Seven Seas Lagoon while the second will give you a tour of the Epcot area resorts and follows the boardwalk around Crescent Lake.

For the tour around the Seven Seas Lagoon jump on the resort monorail at the Ticket & Transportation Center. The resort monorail stops at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Contemporary Resort. If you are feeling adventurous you can get off the monorail at the Magic Kingdom and take one of the launches to see Disney's Wilderness Lodge and the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort before returning to the Magic Kingdom to complete the monorail tour.

The second trek is around Crescent Lake and features Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's Boardwalk Inn Resort. This will also include the Boardwalk area which has several restaurants and night clubs. If you have a little time (and an empty stomach) stop by Cape May Café at the Beach Club to tackle the Kitchen Sink.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any other questions please come back and see me.

Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
