Hey there! Hi there! Ho there!
Welcome to
planDisney, Heather! Thanks for stopping by with your question about upgrading your
Walt Disney World theme park tickets to an
Annual Pass. I am happy to help you extend your magical vacation into an entire year of magic at the
Walt Disney World theme parks.
You can upgrade your
Florida Resident theme park tickets to an
Annual Pass to extend the magic with year-round benefits and special perks. A multi-day ticket, such as your 3-day Florida Resident ticket, can be upgraded on or before the last day of use. To upgrade to an Annual Pass enrolled in the Florida Resident monthly payment plan, the upgrade must occur within 14 days of the ticket’s first use. Special event tickets, complimentary tickets, fully used tickets, partially used and expired tickets, and tickets stating ineligible for upgrade may not be upgraded to an Annual Pass. A completely unused, expired ticket can be upgraded.
Since you are planning to upgrade to a
Disney Pixie Pass, and a Pixie Pass has blockout dates, it is important to note that you cannot upgrade a ticket that has been used on a blockout date for an Annual Pass type. The Disney Pixie Pass has blockout dates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak periods, so you cannot upgrade your ticket to a Disney Pixie Pass if it was used on one of those days. The Annual Pass will be backdated to begin on the first day the ticket was used and will be valid for one year from such date.
I hope this information helps you upgrade your theme park tickets to an Annual Pass and you enjoy an entire year of magic at
Walt Disney World, Heather! Be sure to check out the
incredible perks and special offers available to Annual Passholders. At planDisney, we are always happy to find answers to your Disney vacation questions, so stop by anytime we can help.
See Ya Real Soon!
