    We have 1 day remaining on a 10 day NE pass for my son, who will be older than 9 the next time we go to Disney. Is there a way to change his ticket to an adult ticket before we go to the parks again? Hoping to save time and energy when we get there.

    Hi Amanda! When a child with remaining days on a park admission ticket turns 10, Walt Disney World will gladly swap the ticket for an adult one. To upgrade your son's ticket, just present it to any Guest Relations location. These upgrades generally must be done in person, so you won't be able to swap out his ticket from home before your vacation. The process of exchanging a ticket is fairly quick, so it shouldn't cost you too much valuable park time. If you're visiting Downtown Disney for dinner on the first night of your vacation before heading to the parks in the morning, you could exchange the ticket at Guest Relations there instead of at the park.
