Hi Barry! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! Next weekend you will be immersed in the magic at
Walt Disney World Resort. Let's ensure your tickets are linked and you have Disney Park Pass Reservations ready to go. I like to accomplish these goals through the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Grab your smartphone and let's get to work.
The first step is to link your ticket to your My Disney Experience account. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes." If you do not see your Theme Park Ticket, click on the top right-hand corner "+" sign, and tap "Link Tickets & Passes." Choose one of the three options available to link, follow the prompts, and submit.
My pal Diana walks you through options to find your Ticket ID number in this helpful answer. If you have any issues at this step, I suggest you contact the
Existing Tickets Help Center for assistance. Alternatively, utilize the chat feature on the app for help.
Once your tickets are linked up, you are ready to make
Disney Park Reservations. In the app, click on the "+" sign at the bottom center and select "Make or Modify Park Reservations." On the next screen select "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations." This will prompt you to log into your
My Disney Experience account. Follow the easy steps to book your park reservations. You can check the
availability calendar to verify your dates. Again, if you have any issues, do not hesitate to give the
Existing Tickets Help Center a call or contact a Cast Member through the chat feature.
Friendly reminder, if you happen to be taking advantage of the
Florida Resident 4-Day Summer Magic Ticket offer, those tickets will expire on September 29, 2023.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
