Walt Disney World Resort vacation planned! Isn't it exciting to know that an incredible adventure is on the horizon? I just know you're going to have the most amazing time on your trip! But, before you take off for your vacation, we need to make sure we get your theme park tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience app!
As you mentioned in your question, you should have received an email confirmation when you purchased your
theme park tickets. This is where you'll find your ticket ID code. The ID number is located directly under the barcode in the upper right-hand corner.
Once you have your ticket ID code handy, you're ready to link them to your My Disney Experience mobile app. First, log into your My Disney Experience app and navigate to "Tickets and Passes." Then, click on "Link Tickets & Passes" and "Tickets or Pass" Next, fill in the ID code from your email confirmation and follow the prompts to submit. That should do the trick, and you will be all linked up!
Of course, if you're still having trouble finding your ticket ID number, you can reach out to one of the helpful Cast Members on the Existing Tickets team, who will be happy to get this cleared up for you. You can reach them at (407) 934-7639.
Michele, don't forget that once you have your theme park tickets linked to your account, you will need to make sure to secure your
Park Pass Reservations. As a reminder, you'll need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you've purchased the
Park Hopper Option, you can hop over to another park after 2 p.m. each afternoon.
