Hello there, Christina, and welcome to planDisney!
I'm sorry to hear that your plans had to change and that you won't be able to make it to your original reservations for the Disneyland Resort! I'm happy to report that the tickets you've purchased are very flexible in terms of rescheduling. Let's go over how to do that.
First of all, according to the
Terms and Conditions from the
Disneyland Ticket FAQ, tickets are non-refundable. However, it is extremely easy to cancel your existing reservations and reschedule the dates of your visit. Just log into your Disney account and navigate to the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page. Click the button to "Make Park Reservations." Scroll down to the date you would like to cancel and select "Cancel Reservation" on the right. Before you do, I would recommend checking the
Reservation Availability calendar to make sure that the dates you desire are open. Once your original reservations are cancelled, return to "Make Park Reservations" to select another date to visit the Parks. It's as simple as that!
To find the expiration date of your tickets, you'll have to locate the Disneyland Confirmation email that was sent after you purchased them. The expiration date is noted towards the bottom of the message and also on printed eTickets. Otherwise, please call
Disneyland Ticket Services to have a Cast Member assist you in locating the expiration date. Disneyland Theme Park Tickets have generous usage windows. For instance, multi-day tickets purchased this year last until January 12, 2025.
Christina, I hope you were able to use this information and will plan again to come and visit the Happiest Place on Earth! There's a lot going on this year because Disneyland is about to kick off its
Disney100 Celebration to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Disney! If you have any more questions, please contact us anytime here at planDisney!
Have a Magical Day!
