    I have a 1 day 1 parkticket that was set up for me at guest services in Hollywood Studios and I didn’t have the option to make a reservation for a certain park. Can i do that online or can i just go to any park and get in without a reservation?

When my magical vacations are coming to an end, I always wish upon a star that they are somehow prolonged; and how inspiring that you get to do just that! 

    Wendy, if you open up the My Disney Experience Mobile app and click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner, and then “My Plans,” you will be able to locate if whether there is a park pass made for your visit. If you do not see one, you will need to go ahead and make one, as the park passes are required along with your theme park ticket to enter the parks.

    To make your Disney Park Pass reservation using your My Disney Experience Mobile app, open up your app and click on the “+” icon in the bottom-middle. The last choice will show “Make a Park Reservation,” and you will want to click on that. This will take you to the Disney Park Pass reservation page, where you may have to log into your account. Once you are logged in, it will ask you to choose who in your party is going to the park, and then you’ll want to scroll down until you hit “Continue.” You will then be prompted to select the date of your visit and then the theme park. Follow the steps until you have confirmed your Disney Park Pass, and you’re all set!

    If you find you have any issues during this, please use the CHAT function on your My Disney Experience Mobile app. Just open up the app, click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner, and scroll down until you see the “Chat With Us” icon. I like this option a lot because a Cast Member will be able to look at your account while they’re helping you.
