Welcome back, Melanie!
Oh Melanie, I am so sad to hear that you were unable to embark on your long-planned 2020 vacation. I too had to cancel a few trips, and it really sealed the deal that 2020 was anything but magical.
Now, as I hope you know, the value that you paid for your
tickets never expires. I did speak to a Cast Member who said that they will easily be able to apply the value that you paid for your ticket towards a future ticket. They did specify that this new ticket would need to be either equal in value, or more than, the previous ticket. So, you would not be able to split your ticket into two trips.
If you still see your tickets in your
My Disney Experience Account, you may be able to change your tickets by going to "My Plans" and "Tickets & Memory Maker." Here you should see a blue button that says "Change Ticket." You will be able to update your dates and even add the
Park Hopper Option.
If you do not see your tickets in your account, or you do not see the "Change Ticket" button, you will have to call (407) 939-5277 and the friendly Cast Member on the other end will be able to update them for you.
Once you update your tickets, do not forget to make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations.
Thanks so much for stopping by, Melanie!
We love to hEAR from you!
Sarah B.
