If I have a 6 day park ticket, can I cancel one of them?

    Hiya, Darla! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, it sounds like you're planning to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth! It won't be long until you're walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. But before we can get you standing in front of Cinderella Castle, we have to get you into Magic Kingdom Park. Let's talk about tickets!

Darla, it sounds like you're hoping to cancel one of the tickets you purchased. Unfortunately, once purchased, theme park tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. The good news is that the starting date can be modified if your plans change! That means that you can adjust your dates, as long as you make this change before the original start date. If you have any questions about this, feel free to reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 934-7639 for additional assistance!

If you've booked a vacation package that includes theme park tickets and a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you can cancel this vacation without penalty 30 days (or more) prior to your arrival date. Please know that Disney Resorts Collection hotels book up far in advance, so your desired resort or room type may not have the same availability if you try to rebook. In this case, I would recommend calling a Cast Member at (407) 939-1936. They will be happy to take a peek at your reservation and provide you with any options available to you!

Be sure that you've also made your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip! And if you have any other questions, please feel free to write to us again.

You've got a friend in me!
