    Hi! We have 2-day park hopper tickets that were purchased last year but due to COVID we were unable to use them. How do we go about using them?

    I have some really great news about your tickets! The Resort has extended expiration dates for many theme park tickets through December 16, 2021!
    Let’s try a few things to see if you can get those tickets back in action. If you can’t locate your tickets, try updating your Disneyland Mobile app. You can also look for your tickets by logging in to your Disney account on your home computer. If you see them on your account, go ahead and make your theme park reservations for your next visit. You're good to go!

    If you can’t find them, your best bet is to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member will be happy to help you.

    When you do get your ticket issue resolved, the next step is to make a theme park reservation. After following the instructions on this webpage, you will be ready to enjoy your vacation after just a few quick clicks!
