Does a 10 day park hopper ticket have to be used on consecutive days?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Gary!

Most multi-day Walt Disney World Park Hopper Tickets do NOT need to be used on consecutive days.  With the date-based ticket system that was introduced last fall, Guests select the start date for their ticket.  All admissions on a multi-day ticket must be used within the validity window, which varies with the length of the ticket.  A 10-Day Park Hopper Ticket expires 14 days after the selected start date.  Adding the Park Hopper Plus Option adds an extra day of validity.  To purchase Park Hopper Tickets, select a start date for your ticket on the interactive calendar.  Underneath the calendar, the price and beginning and ending dates of your ticket selection will be shown.

Guests who have purchased tickets as part of a Walt Disney Travel Company room and ticket package may use their tickets for admission beginning on the date of check-in through the date of check-out, or according to the standard validity window, whichever is longer.

I hope that helps!  Please stop by the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you have about planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  Enjoy your visit!
