Hi, we have 4 day park hopper+ passes for our family. Is it possible to visit Typhoon Lagoon as one of our extra options BEFORE 3pm, Jan 27, the day we check in? What would be the easiest way to do this, if it's possible? Thanks Very Much, Dad Scott

Hi there, Scott! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You only have a few more weeks until you and your family are at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

Prior to becoming an Annual Passholder, I always purchased the Park Hopper Plus tickets for myself and my family. I’m a huge fan of both Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park so I never miss an opportunity to visit both while I’m at Walt Disney World!

I do need to point out that Disney's Typhoon Lagoon actually just closed today for its annual refurbishment and will not be reopening until March 17th, 2019. However, Disney's Blizzard Beach has just reopened and will be an option for your stay!

It is absolutely possible to visit Walt Disney World theme parks prior to your official check-in on your family’s arrival day! Guests are able to visit any Walt Disney World theme park and water park prior to their official check-in time as long as they have valid park entry.

If you haven’t done so already, I would highly recommend utilizing the Online Check-In feature. This will allow you to receive a text or email whenever your room is ready. You will even be able to bypass the front desk and go directly to your room whenever it is ready if you would like!

If you do want to hit the parks as soon as you and your family arrive, you can also drop off your luggage with your Disney Resort hotel Bell Services location. They will hold onto your luggage until you return, allowing you to enjoy as much time in the parks as possible!

Have fun on your Walt Disney World vacation later this month!
