I have a 6 day park hopper but I am only at disney for 4 days due to a family illness can I credit the unused ticket amounts towards another ticket

    Heigh-Ho Noel,

I am sorry to hear your news of an unexpected illness and hope some time at Walt Disney World will spread some much need magical moments.

Typically, Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable but I have experienced a similar situation and had some pixie dust spread my way. And while I can not guarantee the same outcome, as long as you did not purchase tickets with any specific special offer or limitations, then I think you may have the same result. BEFORE using your ticket and entering your first Walt Disney World Theme Park make your way to the Guest Relations/Ticket Counter located outside of the Walt Disney World Theme Park. Kindly explain your situation to the Cast Member and ask if your ticket can be adjusted accordingly and receive a possible refund. Be sure to have on hand the credit card you used for payment and with a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust your wish may be granted.

Sending happy thoughts of health your way and continue to visit planDisney with any further Walt Disney World vacation questions you may have.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
