Heigh-Ho Zoe,
Thank you for bringing your Walt Disney World ticket inquiry to planDisney. We are made up of a group of Guests who have a wealth of pixie-dusted Walt Disney World knowledge and have visited Walt Disney World, as a whole, more times than can be counted.
Unless your tickets were affected by the closure of Walt Disney World,
most tickets expire within 14-days after the date of their first use. In your case,
a 9-day Walt Disney World ticket will expire 13-days from the date you started using it. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World tickets, once used and if there are unused days, can not be used at a later time. Think of it as use or lose. The only recent exception is for Guests whose tickets were meant to be used during the time of closure or their visit was cut short when the closure began. As stated under
Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds, Guests who purchased tickets through June 6, 2020 with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020 or later, can use their tickets through September 26, 2021. If you are unable to visit, by that time, the value of the tickets can be used towards the purchase of tickets on your next visit. If you need further information or I have not answered your question feel free to reach out to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985.
