I have 10 day non-expiring, park hopper tickets for my family. I purchased these tickets when my grandson was 6 years old. He is now 11 years old. How do I upgrade the remaining days to adult?

    Hi Mary,

How fun to be heading back to Walt Disney World with your grandson! My children love being at Walt Disney World with their grandparents.

You can head to one of the guest services windows at any of the four parks or Disney Springs. They will be able to tell you how to upgrade your grandson's ticket to an adult ticket.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
