I have 4-day military hopper passes and believe I have linked them to my account properly. I have also made park reservations. Do I need to bring any ID or anything else to the park with me? Can I simply use the app on my phone to enter the park?

Hiya, Joe! Welcome, and thank you both for your question and for your service.

As a U.S. Navy family, we are always so grateful that Walt Disney World offers military salute tickets to eligible servicemembers and veterans. Through the years, these special offers on tickets and Disney Resorts Collection hotels have enabled my family to do some last-minute trips when my husband was on active duty.

Joe, whether or not you need your military ID depends on where you purchased your tickets. If your tickets came from a military base, you probably have a voucher that needs to be taken to Guest Services at a theme park to be activated. You'll have to show your military ID in order to activate the passes.

If you bought your tickets through Shades of Green, the Armed Forced Recreation Center located on Disney World property, those have already been activated. You would have needed to provide your military ID in order to process the ticket order, so you are good to go when you arrive at the theme parks with those passes. And YES! If you've linked your tickets in your My Disney Experience, you can use MagicMobile or MagicBands to enter the theme parks.

Joe, make sure you've made theme park reservations for the days you want to go into the parks. Your trip is just a few days away, so I want to make sure you're good to go!

Wishing you a practically perfect vacation, Joe!
