Ron,
Thanks for your question!
Disney has not yet announced this year's dates for
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Typically the parties have started being held in mid-August. I would recommend you regularly visit the
Disney Parks Blog, as they are a great source of information on everything about the parks, including special events. It is an entertaining and informative way to prepare for a visit to Walt Disney World.
If you have not yet been to the party, a few tips I would like to share.
- Don't miss the parade. It is unique, and a fun way to celebrate the evening
- Make sure to take advantage of the shorter attraction lines
- Avoid scheduling a table service meal during party hours. You don't want to waste any of that precious party time just sitting at a table!
My last tip is personal, so it may not apply to everyone. While I like free candy as much as the next person, I don't waste time in the candy lines. I can get all the sweets I need at home, and I would rather spend that time on an attraction, and not carrying around a bag.
Have a Magical Vacation!
