10 day magic your way ticket have black out dates?

Hi Stormy! I’m so glad you dropped by to see us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for sending us your question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets.

Any multi-day theme park tickets purchased now must be used for the first time before December 31, 2019. Once you use your tickets for the first time, all the tickets and their options must be used within 14 days of that first theme park visit. With the new structure for ticket pricing, black out dates or any other restrictions are based on the days you choose to visit.

When you visit the Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket site, you will be able to select the number of days you want to visit, the options like Park Hopper, which allows you to visit more than one theme park per day. Or Park Hopper Plus, which would give you access to water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports and the golf courses. You’ll then be prompted to choose the days of your visit on a calendar that also gives you pricing for each specific day of the year.

Stormy, when you’re ready to purchase your tickets you can save $20 per ticket when you purchase 3-day or longer tickets online. If you don’t have a My Disney Experience account, you will be asked to create one. This is a great thing because your My Disney Experience account is where you can find all the necessary information for your magical vacation, like theme park tickets, dining and Disney Resort hotel reservations.

Don’t hesitate to come back to see us if you have any more vacation planning questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical stay is our pleasure!
