    Have an 8 day, Magic Your Way plus Water Parks for 10/22/2011. Can we cancel the WP feature without penalty. We are now only about 23 days out. Thanks.

    Your trip is so close! I just returned from Walt Disney World and it is all ready for Halloween.

    It really depends on the type of ticket and how you purchased it. In general, tickets are non-refundable however if it is with a package, you might have a little flexibility. You will need to call the travel agent who booked your tickets or Disney directly if you purchased on line.  The phone number for Disney tickets is 407-939-1289.

    If you are not able to change the tickets, you do have some options. First, go to the water parks or use the other options. It was still warm in Orlando so you might want to cool off. Second, consider adding the No Expiration option to your ticket. This option would allow you to save the water park and other fun things for another trip.
