Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Carol!
Like you, I have a few days of admission from old non-expiration tickets left, and I am hoarding them like gold! They are nice to have if I am only visiting Walt Disney World for a day or two, but if visiting for several days it is more cost-effective to use a new multi-day
theme park ticket.
When more than one ticket is linked to your profile in your
My Disney Experience account, the default is to use the oldest ticket first. You'll need to have your tickets prioritized so the newer 4-day ticket is used first. You can do this by
calling the help line for Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 and providing the Cast Member with your email address so they can access your account to prioritize your tickets. You could also stop by any
Guest Relations location and have the tickets prioritized there. The easiest way to prioritize your tickets is right at the gate. Before you scan your ticket or
MagicBand for park entry, explain that you need to prioritize your tickets. There will be a Cast Member nearby with an iPad who will be available to prioritize your tickets before you scan for admission. I needed to do this on my last several trips, and it was super quick and easy. Once your new 4-day ticket has been designated to be used first, you will not need to worry about prioritizing that ticket on subsequent days. I would also check your tickets on the
My Disney Experience mobile app after entry just to be sure the correct entitlements were deducted. In the event an error occurs, simply stop by Guest Relations to have it corrected.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Enjoy your visit!
