Hi Kelsie!
Welcome to
planDisney, where we love helping Guests like you make their Disney vacation dreams come true! How exciting that you have a visit to
Walt Disney World planned this holiday season! There is nothing better than spending the most wonderful time of year at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I know you will have an unforgettable time and leave bursting with holiday cheer.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is one of my favorite events to attend at Walt Disney World Resort.
Magic Kingdom Park decked out in its holiday’s finest, restaurants featuring lovely holiday menu items, exclusive holiday merchandise, holiday cookies, and festive beverages. Christmas Party ticket holders will be admitted to Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM on the valid date of their ticket. Since you can enter Magic Kingdom Park so early that day, I recommend spending the earlier part of the day enjoying your resort and some downtime. That way, you are well rested and ready to party until midnight on the night of the 11th!
If you don’t mind packing a ton of magic into one day, you could do a late breakfast at
Chef Mickey’s the same morning of the party. Breakfast runs until 12:30 PM at Chef Mickey’s, so you could do a noontime breakfast, giving yourselves plenty of time to enjoy an easy morning. This leaves you the 9th, 10th, 12th, and 13th for your 3-day Park Hopper tickets. You’ll want to plan for a later start on the morning of the 12th since you’ll be out late partying the night before. I recommend spending your later start at
EPCOT. If you plan to book
Lightning Lane passes, select ones that start that day around noon, giving you time to make your way to EPCOT that morning and grab a bite to eat from one of the Holiday Kitchens at the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. That leaves you starting at
Disney’s Hollywood Studios on one day and
Disney’s Animal Kingdom on the other. If you would prefer to start one of those days at Magic Kingdom Park, you can always hop to one of the other parks later in the day.
I hope this information helps you plan a magical Walt Disney World vacation this holiday season, Kelsie! If you need more help finalizing your plans, return here to planDisney. We would love to help you sprinkle extra pixie dust on an already magical vacation.
