With a 4 day hopper does it start in arrival day automatically or can we get settled at the resort and start the magic the next morning? We are staying from Sunday to Thursday. To get the most of our stay should we add another day to our hopper?

    Hi there Heather!

How exciting to be planning an upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! I am happy to report that you may wait to begin using your 4-Day Ticket with Park Hopper Option on your second day. It does not have to be used on your day of arrival. You simply must use all ticket days within 14 days of first use.

Based on my own personal experience with my four children, I have always found that we need one non-park day in the middle of our trip to recharge. We love to plan one day to sleep in, enjoy some of the recreational activities at our resort and visit Disney Springs.  I would not personally recommend adding another day to your ticket based on the length of your trip.

I hope this information is helpful in making the best decision for your family. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Heather!

    Happy Travels,
