We have 4 day Fla Res passes and received exchange certificates by mail. I know we need to activate these and show proof of residency before using. Can we do this the night before our first park day? Or will we still need to go through the process day of?

    Hi, Amanda!

Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. You are more than welcome to stop by any Guest Services location at Walt Disney World Resort to activate your passes before your first exciting day in one of the theme parks. This will save you a good bit of time, as I know you really do not want to be standing at a ticket window instead of zipping through Space Mountain! I find the Guest Services location inside Disney Springs to be a great place to complete pass activations so that I do not have to travel to a theme park. Be sure to have your photo identification handy, as well as your exchange certificates or confirmation number.

I hope you have a magical day, Amanda! Please let us know if you have any further questions as you continue to plan your visit.
