Hello there, John! Welcome to planDisney. It's a pleasure to have you here!
Sometimes I forget how much there is to offer at the
Walt Disney World Resort. There's the theme parks,
water parks,
Disney Springs, miniature golf, and so much more. And since I'm not a golfer, I sometimes forget that there are also 4
golf courses. And
boat rentals. And
fishing...and I could go on and on! It really is a one-of-a-kind vacation destination with something for everyone.
While you can typically book a time online for
Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course, the website to do so will not recognize your ticket type and will therefore try to charge you for your booking even though it's included in your
theme park ticket. Because of this, if you'd like to pre-book your tee time, you can usually call a friendly Cast Member on the golf line at the resort, which can be found at the top of
Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course's website.
Now 14 days at the resort is not too shabby. I have never stayed nearly that long in one single vacation and I will admit, I'm slightly jealous. Happy for you, of course, but slightly jealous. The first part of your vacation will be at the tail end of the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, so I recommend making a stop there before it ends on May 27, 2024. I live for the food booths at the
EPCOT festivals and the
Outdoor Kitchens at this festival do not disappoint. And another thing that sometimes slips my mind? The incredible line-up of
concerts that are included in your theme park ticket at the America Gardens Theatre for this festival. So don't be like me, John. Check out the schedule and grab a seat for an act that speaks to you! Learn from my mistakes, please.
If you have any other questions,
please don't hesitate to reach out to me. And let me know if you think I should visit the course when I take my father next January, who is a big golf fan!
Fore,
Matt
P.S. Did I use "fore" correctly? If I didn't, you can tell me. I need to learn these things for other golf-related answers!
