Party of 7 do u do any refillable drinks plan in parks. For soft drinks and if so how much. If not how much is a soda thank you

Hello Leanne, and welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you're gearing up for your upcoming trek over to Walt Disney World Resort, and planning around how to keep yourselves sustained throughout your Disney journeys is as important as ever! As we head towards summer with the blazing sun shining down upon us here in Orlando, having an icy drink to enjoy can really help you cool down; while so many of us wish there were plans specific to soft drink refills at the theme parks this doesn't quite exist at the current time. There are however a few alternatives that could help you budget and plan ahead for all of your soft drink sipping during your stay, which I'm happy to share here:

    • When you include one of the dining plans with a stay at a Disney Resort Hotel, these come with a Resort-refillable mug for each guest on the dining plan that can be used at "self-service beverage islands at any Disney Resort hotel Quick-Service location". These mugs can even be purchased on their own independent of a dining plan, with vibrant designs that often vary each time I spot them! These can be especially handy if you spend a lot of time roaming and visiting the various Disney Resort Hotel locations, but it's important to note that these mugs cannot be used within the theme parks for complimentary refills.
    • At the current time and as of my most recent foray across the theme parks this week, soft drink prices tended to range between four to five dollars or more (USD) across the various dining locations found at Walt Disney World Resort. (Pricing is subject to change however, and may be different by the time of your upcoming visit but this can give you a general idea of what you might expect at the time of writing.) Be aware that depending on the location, this does not guarantee the ability to request a refill but you're more likely to have refillable soft drinks at Table Service restaurants.
    • At each of the other theme parks apart from Magic Kingdom park, there are a number of Quick Service dining locations that do currently have refillable soft drink stations available such as Connections Eatery, Sunshine Seasons and Regal Eagle Smokehouse at EPCOT, Backlot Express and ABC Commissary at Disney's Hollywood Studios as well as Satu'li Canteen and Restaurantosaurus at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park. What's great is that each of these locations also have ample seating for you and your party of seven to be able to sit close to each other, and savvy families often strategize around these Quick Service spots for their soft drink refilling needs.
I hope this helped, Leanne - don't hesitate to come back to planDisney again for any other tips or tricks ahead of your adventures!

Here's to staying hydrated during any Disney holiday!
