If a 5 day Disney cruise splits my time at WDW parks, how do I benefit from a 3 or 4 or 5 day park hopper ticket pricing?

    Hi Kathleen!

Welcome to planDisney! That sounds like a magical vacation! Let’s chat about what your park time will look like.

Theme park tickets often have expiration dates that you can find in the details section when going through the prompts to purchase the tickets. Depending on the ticket type and number of park days, the expiration date will change a bit. I'd click around to see what would work best for your dates.

Since you have a Disney Cruise scheduled in the middle of your trip, you will likely benefit most by purchasing two separate tickets to make sure you aren’t missing out on park days before that expiration date rolls around. I’d recommend purchasing one ticket to use before your cruise and one to use after your trip.

Of course, you could always decide to only visit the theme parks before or after your cruise and take the other time to enjoy offerings outside the theme parks, such as your resort amenities, Disney Springs, and more. It will really come down to your priorities and what you're hoping for out of your vacation!

I know I couldn’t give you a specific answer to this one, but hopefully that gives you some guidance! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip, feel free to come back and visit us. We’re always happy to help!
