We are going on a 7 day Disney Cruise . As part of our reservation, we have prepaid for gratuities. When I looked at the suggested list on the cruise web site, it seems we are paying less when I total the individual amounts. Is this correct?

    Ahoy Gary!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am glad you cruised by with a question about your upcoming sailing!

I appreciate how easy Disney Cruise Line makes recognizing great service onboard by offering prepaid gratuities to your Stateroom Host and rotational dining team.  For a seven night cruise, total prepaid gratuities based on the current guidelines equals $94.50 per guest.  There have been recent changes to the suggested gratuity guidelines, so if you booked your sailing and prepaid gratuities some time ago, the amount paid for your stateroom could be the previous rates.

If you find this is inconsistent with what you have been charged and would like to correct this prior to your sailing, you can contact Disney Cruise Line to validate and adjust as needed.  If you would like to make further adjustments beyond your prepaid gratuities once onboard, you can visit the Guest Services Desk (Deck 3, Midship).

Sail on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any additional questions you may have prior to your sailing. We love to help make your Disney Cruise extra magical!

    Bon voyage!  Angie
