Ahoy, Jessica! Thanks for sailing by planDisney. My sister is also a proud Texas resident, so I’m always on the lookout for Disney Cruise Line sailings from Galveston for her... and I’m happy to share some good news with you!
New Disney Cruise Line itineraries for 2026 and 2027 were recently released with four, five, and seven night voyages from
Galveston aboard the
Disney Magic. These voyages include itineraries to Mexico (with ports like Cozumel and Progreso) and the Bahamas.
The seven-night cruises you mentioned are exclusively
Bahamian itineraries featuring stops in Nassau and
Disney Castaway Cay, along with several relaxing days at sea (which are honestly my favorite part). These particular sailings run from late December 2026 through April 2027, with four departures currently available that fit your criteria.
Even better is that these itineraries are currently available for booking through the Disney Cruise Line website or by working with a travel agent. Even though the sailings are more than a year away, I recommend reserving soon, since Disney Cruise Line pricing typically starts lowest when itineraries are first released and increases as stateroom categories fill.
The Disney Magic holds a special place in my heart. It’s the original ship in the fleet, and while it’s also the smallest, I think that’s actually a huge plus. I’ve sailed on her twice, and I love how easy it is to navigate and how cozy the ship feels. Don’t miss
Rapunzel’s Royal Table and the
AquaDunk slide, which are two of my personal favorites onboard!
I hope this helps you dream and plan your next adventure, Jessica.
Sea ya real soon,
Eean
