Welcome to planDisney, Tiffany!
It looks like you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort very soon! It is a great time to be visiting, with
The World's Most Magical Celebration and the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in full swing.
There are many different types of tickets for Walt Disney World Resort, some of which can be upgraded and others that cannot. As a regular Guest myself, I have no way of knowing what specific type of tickets you hold. Generally speaking, most tickets can be upgraded to a higher-priced ticket by adding on admission days or options such as the
Park Hopper Option and paying the difference. You may be able to do this upgrade yourself in the
My Disney Experience app. Using the menu button in the lower right corner, select "Tickets and Passes". Select the ticket you wish to upgrade, and then select the "Change Ticket" option. If you are not seeing this option, you may need to upgrade your ticket in person at
Guest Relations or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. In my experience, although it is usually possible to upgrade an individual ticket to a higher-priced ticket, multiple tickets cannot be combined into one ticket. I recommend giving the
Existing Tickets line a call at (407) 934-7639. They'll be able to take a look at your My Disney Experience account to see what type of tickets you hold and what options you may have for upgrading your tickets.
Tiffany, I also wanted to be sure you were aware that at this time, all Guests ages 3 and up need a
Disney Park Pass reservation in addition to valid admission in order to enter a theme park. Be sure to check the
theme park availability calendar. With spring break season now upon us, some upcoming dates have limited availability.
Please stop by and see us again with any additional questions you may have. We are always happy to help.
