The Dining Dining phone lines open for reservations each day at
7:00 a.m. Eastern US Standard Time. (If you're trying to figure this out, it is the same time zone as New York.) Cinderella's Royal Table is an
extremely popular restaurant. I strongly suggest that you be on the phone with Disney Dining at
exactly 7:00 EST on your first calling day.
A few tips:
- When you call Disney Dining, there are a bunch of automated questions you have to answer before you get to an actual operator. (For help in English, press 1. For help in Spanish, press 2. -- That sort of thing.) It actually helps a lot if you call Disney Dining a few days in advance to hear what these questions are so that you can go through them more quickly. You do NOT need to listen to the entire question before you answer, just press the button (or say the word). This will save you a second or two over people who are calling and listening to the entire question and pressing their answers slowly. I KNOW this sounds ridiculous, but those seconds make a HUGE difference in your chances of getting a reservation.
- Have multiple people in your family try to get through. When my family wants Royal Table reservations, I get on our home phone, my husband gets on his mobile phone, and my oldest daughter gets on her mobile phone. We ALL try to dial in at exactly 7:00 EST. This multi-pronged attack increase our chances of getting through.
- Figure out when your first call day REALLY is. If you are staying off-site, then your call day is 90 days before. If you are staying at a Disney hotel, your call day may be before this. Click
