    My daughter's travel softball team will be coming to Disney and one of the girls that is staying in another room will be traveling with my family.We will be arriving in the morning, if her mom does the online check in will she be able to receive park pass?

    Hi Jacqueline,

    Congrats on your daughter playing softball at Walt Disney World. My daughter's dance school performed in Disney and it was a great experience.

    As long as the young lady is listed on the reservation for her mother's room, she should have no issue receiving her park pass. She will need the confirmation number and id to pick up the pass as well. If her room is ready, she can go to the room to leave her luggage. If not, she can store it in bell services.
