Hi, my daughters and i are racing in the glass slipper challenge this February. I know what corral we are in for the half-marathon but not for sure about the 10K on Saturday- How does the start line work for the 10K? thanks

    Hi Tonya!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Congratulations on running the Disney Glass Slipper Challenge during Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend! I hope you get the royal treatment as you take on the course.

In the past for Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend, runDisney has released the corral assignments for the half marathon distance only. The Disney Princess Enchanted 10K and the Disney Princess 5K corrals are not released ahead of time and you won't find out until you arrive at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo.

When you arrive and pickup your bib, you will only have one bib that you use for both days that designates you as a challenge participant. In the top right hand corner of your bib you'll have two corral assignments. For example it may say "B/D". This means you are in corral B for the 10K and corral D for the half marathon. You'll find when you arrive to the race the corrals operate very similar for both races, there are just a few less for the 10K distance. The volunteers and Cast Members will direct you to the correct area and check your bib before allowing you into your assigned corral. If for some reason your daughters are in a later corral, you can always move to later corrals so you can stick together, however a runner from a later corral is not able to move into earlier corrals.

I'm sending pixie dust your way for a magical race and please let me know if you have any other questions before your trip!
