    My daughter’s drill team will be headed to Disney March 6-10. I am going with her. We will be at the parks for 3 days. We are DVC so I was thinking about buying the Gold annual pass. Can I apply the cost of the 3 days tickets to the pass?

    Hi Sheila! Thanks for bringing such a great question to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I know a lot of people that will be so glad you asked and we answered!

    It sounds like you have a veritable Mousketeer in the making - way to go mom! I bet you can’t wait to spend a magical mini vacation with your daughter and her team. The great news is that a valid three-day ticket can entirely be applied to a Disney Gold Pass. You can upgrade in person or via the My Disney Experience app. As long as the ticket has not expired, before you leave Walt Disney World, bring it to any resort theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location. Make sure to have your Disney Vacation Club membership card and picture ID with you. There they will apply the price you paid for the original ticket to the cost of your new Disney Gold Pass. If you prefer to use the app, don’t forget to link your tickets by tapping “My Tickets."

    You’ve made such a smart decision with this pass. It is exclusive to Disney Vacation Club members and Florida Residents, so you are amongst a select few who get to enjoy the unique benefits. You will be able to park hop on the same day, enjoy Disney PhotoPass downloads and have access to special offers and discounts with Disney Resort hotels, dining, merchandise and more!
