My 2 daughters and I have an annual pass. Their grandmother bought a 3 day pass and wants to take them on a trip to Disney but I will not be able to attend. How can I ensure they get into the park no problem with out me

    Hello Melissa,

Thank you for visiting planDisney! As a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder, I'm always excited to assist families with their magical adventures. It's wonderful that your daughters will be creating treasured memories with their grandmother at the Walt Disney World Resort.

To ensure your daughters can smoothly enter the parks without you, you'll want to link their Annual Passes to their My Disney Experience accounts if they haven't already been linked. This will enable them to manage their tickets digitally, making the park entry process seamless. If they're old enough, ensure they have the My Disney Experience app installed on their devices and are familiar with how to use it. You can also provide their grandmother with the necessary information to manage their reservations via the app if needed.

Another helpful tip is to ensure that all MagicBands or physical passes are readily available and assigned correctly to each daughter for park entry. Also, make sure they have the necessary Disney Park Pass reservations made for their visit dates to ensure smooth entry.

Lastly, if they encounter any difficulties at the entrance or during their stay, they can always visit Guest Relations for immediate assistance. If you have any more questions or need further help as you prepare for their magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort, don't hesitate to reach out.

Wishing your daughters and their grandmother a delightful journey filled with pixie dust and magical moments!
