Next, I contacted a fellow Mickey Mouse Club member (and Cast Member) at Disney Cruise Line to see if they could point us in the right direction. It turns out that you can
email Merchandise Guest Services for questions about post-cruise merchandise, including inquiring about replacing your ornament. I suggest that you send a picture of the ornament, and if there are any product numbers or other information on it, include that in your email, too.
