My daughter wants to see Elena of avalor. Is there a certain place to stay where we could see her? It's our first time there and my daughter is 13 with Down syndrome. Thanks!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Teri!

I have great news for your Elena of Avalor fan! Elena has an official meet and greet location in Paradise Gardens in Disney California Adventure Park. There is a gazebo just for Elena tucked away in the area behind Goofy's Sky School and near the Paradise Garden Grill. This is a really fun character experience as Elena takes time to chat with Guests and even dances from time-to-time. When my daughter visited, they chatted about the Elena of Avalor dress my daughter was wearing, practiced twirling, and Elena signed her autograph book and posed for pictures.

There is usually a PhotoPass photographer stationed here so you might consider purchasing the PhotoPass+ One Day or One Week product. Also, use the official Disneyland app to look up exactly when Elena is meeting on the day you are at the parks. I suggest showing up a little early to Elena's scheduled meeting time to get in line as this is a pretty popular character experience.

I hope this helps! Have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
