My daughter and I will be going to Walt Disney World on the 29 Feb 08 for one day and then going on the cruise and back on 9 Mar 08 for one day. Is there any way of getting one-day tickets for the theme parks or is it better to buy the 7-day?

If you're only actually going to be at the WDW parks for two days, then buying a 7-day ticket would be a big waste of money. You would be paying for five unused days. In your situation, I would just buy a two-day ticket (either with our without the Park Hopper option, depending on which parks you want to visit). You will use the first day of your ticket before the cruise. Then, you will have 14 days after that first day to use the second day of your ticket. Alternatively, you could just buy two one-day tickets, but this will end up costing you slightly more money.

Hope you have a great land/sea adventure.
