    Hi, My daughter and I are visiting in January from Australia. We have already ordered our magic bands, however I have noticed that the colours we selected are no longer available with the new options online. Will we still get the colours we ordered? Thanks

    Hi, Lyn! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. I was so excited to read the latest MagicBand news from the Disney Parks Blog! Creating not only a name and color customized MagicBand, but also adding our favorite characters this process, was a magical wish come true for my daughters! I will admit, it was for me, too. There are so many adorable designs offered, including the super bow-rrific Minnie Mouse-themed ones! However, there is no way I could resist the one featuring my absolute favorite Disney treat, the Dole Whip. That one is definitely finding its way to my home for a trip this summer!

    Lyn, you are welcome to keep the MagicBand customization you have already completed for your upcoming Disney Resort hotel stay. Any color that you chose at that time should still be available when it comes time to create your MagicBands. When the customization module was started while on my phone, I noticed that it looked like there were just two solid colors available. However, swiping left on those two MagicBands allowed me to scroll through the solid color options as well as the new ones containing graphics. If you prefer, you can also click on the button for Grid View, which will expand out your screen and easily show all of the ones available. Something else I noticed is that, while the standard basic rainbow of colors are available at no additional charge, the upgraded bands expand on the background band colors. The basic ones are the usual red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, and gray. Some of the upgraded ones contain such fantastic colors as turquoise, coral, white, and black.
