My daughter is 2, and will be 3 two days after we get home. Do I need ID for her? Will they ask to verify her age?

Hi Courtney and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m excited to know that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your Mouseketeer this coming September! Thanks for sending us your question.

Parents of guests under the age of three at the time of your check-in to your Disney Resort hotel, will not have to purchase theme park tickets for their toddlers. In other words, your Mouseketeer will be celebrating as a two-year-old during the duration of your next visit. Cast Members will not ask for a valid ID to verify your daughter's age, although some may ask you how old she is.

As you continue to plan your summer visit to the most magical place on earth, make sure to take a look at the Planning for Preschool Kids & Little Ones web page. There are lots of tips in there to make sure you and your little one have a magical time!

Courtney, feel free to visit us again at any time if you have any additional questions. Helping you with the details of your next vacation is our pleasure!
