Hi Stephanie! We are so happy you've returned to planDisney with another question!
The holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort is my favorite time of the year, and a December birthday will make it even more merrier! The Disney Parks Blog is celebrating
"Halfway to the Holidays" this week, and announced the return of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Disney's Magic Kingdom Park, and Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney's Hollywood Studios! As a guest staying at Shades of Green Resort, your sponsor can begin purchasing tickets for both parties with a military discount! Have the sponsor fill out the
Advance Ticket Request Form and email it to tickets@shadesofgreenresort.zendesk.com beginning July 2nd. If your little one is a Frozen fan, you can also participate in Olaf's Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt, and find Olaf all around the park at the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays!
Turning 5 at Walt Disney World is so fun! If your little princess hasn't experienced
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, I recommend making a reservation
60 days before your check-in date. You can make reservations online, or by calling (407) 939-7529. A royal birthday calls for a meal fit for any princess! Make an advanced dining reservation for breakfast at The Crystal Palace if your little one loves Winnie the Pooh and Friends, or if she wants to dine with the princesses, a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table is just the ticket! I also recommend Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at EPCOT for either breakfast or dinner. For all of these restaurants, you can also add a
Mickey Celebration Cake to your reservation! Finally, stop by City Hall at Magic Kingdom to pick up
birthday buttons, and for a small fee, you can have your button personalized at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square.
Stephanie, I hope all of this information was helpful! Thank you again for stopping by planDisney. If you need additional pixie dust planning your visit, send me questions at any time. You've got a friend in me!
Magic Awaits!
